Here's where the confusion begins.
"Everyone, I had to edit something in the previous chapter. In this chapter, “敲了敲办公室的门，董芳抬眼看到他，示意他进来” was in the raws and when I translated it, I just realized that the character 他 was used that means he or him. " This is what I found.
But, in the next chapters, it keeps on changing from 他 to 她. I am not sure if it was just a author's typo. There was a chapter last time that it happened, it changed from from 他 to 她 several times. Anyway, I will use she or her from now on. It's very confusing lol.
