Dark carefully plucked the fiery red fruit and also trimmed the stem, storing it away for future use.
By now, he had several deadly sin fruit stems saved, which would serve as auxiliary ingredients later on.
With a slight smile, Dark called over Shuckle, placed the rounded [Pride Fruit] into its shell, and commanded it to begin processing.
When the [Pride Fruit] had been reduced to juice, all materials were ready.
This crafting used a [dragon-type-light attribute] formula. Though there was some randomness involved, he had provided several points of guidance.

Once all attributes leaned fully towards light, Dark finally added the [Dragon’s Reverse Scale].

After another two minutes, the reaction finally ceased.
Using a tool, Dark carefully scraped away the black residue and found a glowing cocoon beneath.
“It seems it went smoothly.” Dark let out a sigh of relief.
Then, using a mercury knife, he cautiously split open the cocoon from top to bottom.
In an instant, a burst of holy energy filled the room, as white light poured out, illuminating his entire bedroom.
Dark inhaled sharply, raising his hand.
The gazes of the magical spirits turned toward the emerging light.
“Another light-attributed magical spirit?” Gatomon walked over, frowning slightly.
Dark nodded. “It seems so. I hope it’s a dragon that can be ridden.”
In fact, the idea had stuck with him since seeing Claire ride a dragon on Christmas Eve.
After all, who wouldn’t want to ride a dragon?

When the light subsided, Dark used tweezers to pick up the magic card, now covered with a layer of black residue, and washed it clean in the sink.
