* 心动不如行动 is a saying that means that you should act instead of just thinking about doing something. I've read a lot of strange "motivational" stories on baidu that refer to this, but most of them don't have a happy ending, so I wouldn't necessarily recommend following this advice irl.
* 恢復力穩定性 also means resilience but I thought this sounded a little funnier.
* 悶葫蘆 means that he's untalkative.
