The Pairing of 2 Alphas Births an OmegaAuthor: 厉冬忍 (Li Dongren)
Chapter 1 (Part1)
Periods of rain were undivorceable from South City's
summertime. As soon as August arrived, downpours ensued unceasingly. Outside
the window, a heavy gloom blanketed the sky as the rain battered the window
panes with a symphony of "pitter-patter". In the classroom of South
City Foreign Language High School Class 3-1, the incandescent ceiling lights
flickered. Underneath the light, a group of people gathered around a pile of
answers, frantically scribbling away.
"Xu Jiaxing, are you sure you can do this? Your
handwriting is fucking hideous. Who the fuck can read it?"
"Oh? Is this how you talk to Daddy? This is all I have to
offer. Take it or leave it, your choice."
"Daddy, I was wrong. Please give me the English papers
too. I will copy it with both hands, please, Daddy."
The constant splattering of the rainstorm blended with the
racket from the classroom. The noise roused the boys in the last row by the
window from their slumber. Immediately, slight dissatisfaction surfaced on
their expressions. One of them cupped his hand behind his head. His long
fingers slightly curled and grabbed twice irritably. His straightened his back
strenuously, leaned back and flopped onto the back of the chair. The force from
him leaning back tilted the chair and propped it up on the hind legs. His arms
drooped by his sides listlessly, and his two long legs laid across the ground. His
dark and delicate eyebrows slumped, casting a faint shadow on his fair skin.
Xu Jiaxing, who was at the front table, glanced back.
Instantly, he sensed the rumbling anger roaring within the young master again.
"Brother Song, have you woken up? Are we too noisy?"
"Well, it's alright."
Xu Jiaxing heaved a sigh of relief, "But Brother Song,
you slept all morning. Don't you need to catch up on the progress of your
homework?"
Jian Songyi's eyes squinted as he asked, "Do you
actually think I am doing the summer homework?"
Due to his drowsiness, his voice was husky, and his tone
curt. As he spoke, his low voice echoed across the classroom like a deep
rumble. Hearing his question, the hard-working party gathered at the front of
the classroom stopped writing and looked up.
As a student, everyone held a common belief. Rules did not
punish the majority, and rules did not punish the top student in the cohort. It
seemed that any mistakes made together with the teacher's pet came with an "immunity"
to punishment.
Obviously, Jian Songyi was that teacher's pet.
"Brother Song, thank you for not doing the homework."
"Brother Song looks like pure love when he doesn't do
his homework."
"Today is yet another day of us falling for Brother
Song."
As a straight male and pure Alpha, Jian Songyi could not
stand the loving, passionate glances of these lowly men. He lowered his head
and fished out his phone. He added calmly, "I've told the teachers. The
homework's too simple. I will find tougher questions from the various Olympiad
books for my own revision."
"..."
As the best private middle school in South City, South City
Foreign Language High School had never set simple examination questions or
homework. This was to ensure that the annual distinction rate of their students
was over 90%. Over the 25 days of summer vacation, the students had 25 sets of
practice papers issued. With 6 subjects, they had a total of 150. All of them
were based on the most difficult college entrance examinations in previous
years.
Yet, this bastard just declared that he exempted himself
from summer homework as it was too simple!
How the fuck did he dare say that??!
A wave of molten rage erupted within the crowd.
Despite that flaming anger right in front of him, someone
continued tapping away nonchalantly on his phone. It seemed the act of arrogant
ignorance had dispelled the grouchiness from sleeping. With his mind feeling
much better, the corners of his mouth arced with a provocative frivolity. He
leaned back, and his chair tilted backwards restlessly. Jian Songyi slumped
comfortably into his seat, and his posture radiated a careless indifference. This
air around him, coupled with what he said just now, was nastily pretentious.
Simply asking for a beating.
Alas, they could not win.
Everyone bowed their heads and continued to rush their
homework.
"Forget it, with harmony comes money. We are much
more big-hearted than this."
With that, the classroom calmed down. Jian Songyi put on his
headphones and clicked on the voice sent by his mother, Ms Tang.
"Yi, did you go to school today?
"Your school is too much. How could they resume classes
when it is only 10th of August? How dare they forcibly separate us, mother and
child? Don't worry. I will file a complaint with the Education Bureau as soon
as I return from overseas."
"Then again, Yi, are you really not coming to Los
Angeles? Your dad's newly bought villa here is in a prime location, basking plenty
of sunshine and even equipped with a private beach. Your dad and I are enjoying
ourselves here every day. Just that, we really miss you very much."
"Why don't you listen to me? Come and play here for
half a month. We can go back together in September, OK? Anyway, missing school
for this short 10 to 15 days doesn't hurt much."
Ms Tang obviously did not hold her responsibilities of being
a mother to a final-year high school boy in significant regard.
Jian Songyi smirked and was about to click on the next voice
message. Then, the back door was violently pushed open with a "bang".
A slender figure flickered and appeared in front of Jian
Songyi. With both hands on the table, he leaned over and said between heavy
pants, "Fuck, Brother Song, you know that a new person has transferred to your
class for this semester?"
Jian Songyi's brows furrowed as he asked, "Is he
sick?"
If a good student completed his studies with his school
without trouble, gaining a recommendation or even exemption from the national
exams were possible. There was no need to transfer schools at this critical
juncture. For students who did not reach a certain level of academic excellence,
moving to South City Foreign Language High School's elite science class during
the third year of high school was basically masochistic. A simple act of self-abuse.
It's hard to imagine any fool who would jump right into an
endless pit of torture.
Xu Jiaxing also found this strange. He turned around and
asked in bewilderment, "Really? Is your source reliable?"
Zhou Luo quickly said, "It's true, why would I lie to
you? I just heard it in the teacher's office. He seems to be from North City.
Apparently, he was the top scorer during his entrance exams in North
City."
Hearing the term top scorer roused everyone's attention.
"Then, he should be breezing towards a recommendation and direct admission
to North City University or Tsinghua University. Why would he come here?"
Zhou Luo shrugged. "Who knows."
Jian Songyi had no interest in a fool's self-destruction.
His eyes reverted to his phone, and he clicked on the next voice message.
"Well, it doesn't matter if you don't want to come. It
just so happens that Grandpa Bai invited you to go to their house for dinner
these days. The kid from their family had just returned."
Jian Songyi's fingertips stopped in their tracks.
Zhou Luo, who was next to him, continued rattling on,
"Haiz, let me find out who this top scorer in the last North City exam
is... Fuck! He's quite a hottie! Brother Song, how are all of you top students
so handsome? Did you learn it? Oh, his name sounds good too. Bo Huai..."
Coincidentally, Ms. Tang's next voice message played at the
same time...
"You know, Bo Huai? You guys played together as a
child."
Jian Songyi's happy smirk from moments ago crumbled away in
an instant.
